Enhanced Asset Master Screen
- The primary change made to the Asset Master Screen is to the layout. We listen...... and have been told that it takes too many “clicks” to find information or to execute an action in this part of the application.
- In response to customer feedback, our objective is to make data fields easy to find, and in most cases just one click away.
- Another driver behind this improvement is to align with previous screen updates on the Work Order Screen. With consistency across the application, training will be minimized, and ease of use increased.

Enhanced Asset Downtime Tracking
- In response to customer feedback and a desire to further improve on minimizing and tracking downtimes, we have improved the existing Asset Downtime Tracking by clarifying the functionality and reducing the number of clicks to add or edit Asset downtimes.
- We have also added Downtime Reasons and a Comments field to allow for more descriptive tracking. This will apply to the specific Downtime Tracking as well as on the Work order Header when a Work Order is opened with Reason for Work is “Down Asset”.
- Asset Statuses have been split out into Running and Not Running with Running having Sub Statuses (I.e. Degraded, Out of Service, etc.). This is to help in clarifying whether a Status truly means “Down”.

Work Management
Create Work Order Dialog
- The Create Work Order screen has undergone some slight changes as well. We have changed the Asset lookup to a more robust grid to better display the Asset details. To choose an Asset, you can either enter the Asset ID in the Search field to get quick search results or you can click the magnifying glass to open the Asset Finder and choose the Asset.
- We have included the Asset's Current Status which can be affected by choosing the Reason for Work - Down Asset which will start a Downtime automatically.
Minor Improvements
• We have addressed various maintenance issues as reported through the LLumin Support portal.
• We have added Accounting PO # to the Purchase Order Header when applicable.
