We have improved the Utilization History card on Asset records to add radio buttons for users to select the utilization method to allow for better user experience and allow for more front-end validation on data fields.

We have improved the functionality that triggers additional WOs to incorporate more comprehensive validation in the front-end user interface. This includes preventing saving incomplete triggering information and clearing the trigger information if no trigger action is selected.

We have updated the quantity format for parts added to Recurring Work entries to be a four-digit decimal to match other areas of the application.
We have improved the email functionality related to Recurring Work entries, emails will now get sent to the Assigned To resource.

We have improved Work Order workflow triggering to include those WOs that are created through a Recurring Work entry in an “Assigned” Status.

We have added functionality to allow for reservations of parts. This functionality behaves similarly to back orders and allows users to “reserve” parts on Recurring Work (and subsequently WOs) without taking quantity out of on hand inventory before it is needed. Reserved parts can be issued as needed from within the WO.
Additional screens and functionality have been added to Item Master (Purchasing -> Upcoming Reservations), Work Order (Parts Required), and Issuing screens to track and manage Reservations. The Item Reorder List will also account for Reservations.
We have also added a new form report that prints upon creating a Reservation and we have added a new report datasource called Reserved Quantities which can join to the Work order Header and Item Data report datasources.
