Work Order

  • We have added Priority as a new filter field to the Work order Finder as a multi-select field.

Inventory

  • We have updated the label printing templates to prevent the barcode from going outside of the label in certain cases and added a character limit of 35 characters on the label itself for the Item Description field, when the label height is less than 1.5 inches, to avoid text overlap.
  • We have updated the new Item screen; now when creating new Items, after saving the new Item record, the Item Type and Class chosen will hold for the next new Item.

Purchasing

  • We have added two new columns to the Item Reorder List Finder for Released PO Qty and Unreleased PO Qty to provide more information on the Items on the Reorder List.

Reporting

  • We have added Purchase Order User Defined Fields to the Purchase order reporting data source.

 

Workflow

  • We have added a new feature adding ability to acknowledge workflow notifications of non-approval type. There is now a Notification Escalation type for Acknowledgements. They are set up the same as Approvals in terms of escalations and configuration (number of users, renotify, etc.). Acknowledgements work in a similar way as Notify and Approval but they sit somewhere in the middle. Notify needs no confirmation and Approval updates the target record. Acknowledgements don’t change the target record but they do require that a User clicks the link in the email received to “acknowledge” that they viewed the email. There is an associated System Configuration to enable anonymous Acknowledgements where any User could click the link to acknowledge; by default the User is presented with a link bringing them to a login page to see all pending Acknowledgements.

 

Minor Changes

  • We have addressed an issue where legacy UOM records in Configuration Mode were not allowing new UOMs to be added.
  • We have addressed an issue where deleted Projects, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders were still notifying regarding approvals. Approvals will now get removed when the approval target is removed.
  • We have addressed an issue where an Asset’s Maintenance History card was showing Work Orders that were not linked to the Asset. The Maintenance History card is now only showing those Work Orders linked to the Asset.
  • We have addressed an issue where the Issue Items screen was not reloading after saving an Issue record. The page will now automatically reload after saving to clear the WO, Asset, Comments, and Line Item information for the new Issue record.
  • We have improved the messaging when attempting to delete a User Role that has Users linked to it to be more user-friendly.
