  • We have included additional validation when entering Utilization values to ensure the value is saved when the Asset record itself is saved.

Purchasing

 

  • We have added functionality to mark a GL Account as Inactive to remove it from the dropdowns found in Assets, Items, and Purchase Orders. The history associated with that GL Account will be retained moving forward.
  • We have added the ability for a user to set their own default Filter Set in the PO Receiving Finder which overrides the current system default Filter Set.

 

Other Modules

 

User Management

 

  • We have added User Defined Fields to the User and Employee objects. These fields can be found under the Captions card within the Configuration mode -> System-Wide menu.

 

Minor Changes

 

  • We have addressed an issue where, in some cases, the Work Order “Created By” field was not being displayed on the WO Finder.
  • We have added Requested By PhoneNbr field to the WorkOrderWorksheet printed form.
