Assets & Work Management

Various Updates

• We have added a Reopen button for Rejected Work Requests.
• We have added a new Filter Field for the View Recurring Work screen for Asset Location.
• We have added a prompt for when an Ad Hoc Inspection is taken against a Parent Asset, users can now include the Child Asset’s Procedures as well.
• We have made minor changes to the Asset Map View and Asset tree View/Facility View based on user feedback.
• We have added a prompt to the Create Work Order screen for when a Parent Asset is linked, users can now link the Child Assets as well.
• We have made the Item Nbr field a clickable link under the Work Order Linked Parts grid.
• We have added functionality allowing users to multi-select Assets to link to a Work Order.
• We have addressed an issue preventing Asset linked Procedures from auto-attaching to Work Orders on creation.

Materials Management

Various Updates

• We have added a printer dropdown when printing labels to allow users to print to another printer outside of their user default.
• We have added additional transaction logging for changes made to Item Classes and Types.
• We have added a Delete button to the View Issues screen enabled when the Issue is fully backordered (i.e. no qty was available for any line Item).
• We have added a behind the scenes save action for when a Purchase Order is released so any unsaved changes are saved prior to release.
• We have addressed an issue wherein the Unit of Measure on Purchase Order lines was not holding on Non-Inventory Items.
