Assets & Work Management

Quick Request

• We have added functionality allowing users to submit Work Requests without needing to sign into the application. Staff who otherwise may not use LLumin can report issues of any kind to be evaluated and potentially addressed​ with proper approval.  The issue being reported can be general in nature, or tied to a specific asset, or a location.

Various Updates

• With the required permissions users can now edit the Problem Description field on Work Orders in Pending Approval Status.
• We have added the Equip ID field as a filter field in the Asset search screen.
• Users can now set the Asset status when creating new Assets.
• Users can now multi-select Assets when submitting TPM steps.

Materials Management

Various Updates

• We have added a filter field, "Is WO Attached?" to the Purchase Order search screen to return those Purchase Orders that have a Work Order linked in either the header or on an individual line.

Miscellaneous

• We have added functionality allowing users to add comments when deleting various objects in the system.
