Assets & Work Management
Work Orders
- When grouping by any field within the View Work Orders grid view. A record count and sub-total of Estimated Hours will also be shown to the right of each grouping.

- When a Requestor creates a Work Request and the subsequent Work Order is completed, the email that is sent to the Requestor will now contain a link to the Work Order. This is dependent on specific system configurations being enabled.
Assets
- We have corrected the sizing on the popup when in Map View to scale to the screen size providing better mobile device support.
- We have resolved an issue preventing editing fields in the Asset screen on certain mobile devices.
- We have resolved some issues with how the Risk Management-related fields are displayed in the View Assets results grid.
- We have raised the number of decimal places allowed to 5 for GPS Latitude and Longitude fields in the Assets screen.
Materials Management
Multi-Currency Support
- We are pleased to announce functionality to support our international customers with multi-currency environments.
- This functionality will require some setup and configuration so please reach out to the LLumin Support Team at support@llumin.zendesk.com or by entering a ticket on the Support Portal at https://llumin.zendesk.com.
- High level, an administrator can specify a base currency and multiple other currencies and an exchange rate either manually updated or automatically updated daily through an integration with an outside source.
- The base currency and the currency specified on the Vendor/PO record will both be shown in all relevant locations.

Purchase Orders
- We have added an email button to the PO screen to allow users to email a copy of the current PO in the existing form report.
- The Voucher # field is now limited to 10 characters to avoid any data discrepancies.
- We have improved the functionality when creating a PO from the Item Reorder List, the prompt presented now contains fields to specify the Vendor, Stockroom, and Line Items as well as allowing users to add the Item to an existing PO for the same Vendor.
- We have also improved the functionality when deleting a PO that was created from the Item Reorder List; the Item will go back to the Reorder List. This will only occur prior to the PO being released.
- When releasing a PO, the Line Numbers will reset if any lines were removed prior to release to ensure proper numeric order.
Inventory
- We will be enabling the updated View Items screen for all customers as mentioned in version 23.12 Release Notes.
Minor Improvements
- Improved various grids by making Item Nbr values clickable links to the respective Item records.
- Various performance and visual improvements.
