New Features 

  1. Multi-Currency Support:
      • Introducing the ability to manage multiple currencies seamlessly, catering to our international customers and simplifying global financial transactions. View Detailed Guide
  2. Selective Child Asset Management: 
      • Enhance your asset management capabilities by selectively moving child assets with a parent asset. This feature allows for greater flexibility and precision in asset organization. View Detailed Guide
  3. Optimized Work Order Type Management:
      • Significant improvements to Work Order Type settings, focusing on pre-work and completion criteria along with a continuous feedback system for ongoing improvements. View Detailed Guide.
  4. Enhanced Work Request Communication:
      • LLITE users can now maintain a running list of comments on a Work Request, improving communication with the technician handling the request. View Detailed Guide.
  5. New Item Master Screen Update:
      • The Item Master screen has been upgraded for all customers, featuring enhanced usability and inventory management features. View Detailed Guide.

Improvements 

  • Added the ability to prevent the deletion of an Asset Status or Asset Class that is currently in use, with a notification alerting the user if an attempt is made. 

  • Added a setting in system configuration to automatically log out users after a period of inactivity.  

  • Enhanced the "Show Open" button functionality in the Asset Map View. Now, it only displays open work orders for the layers currently selected by the user. 

  • While in Map View, added a popup featuring a print and chart option to Inspection Results.  

  • Added a function to prompt users immediately for a GL Account when required on new PO lines. 

  • Added more intuitive and descriptive titles and explanations for user-configurable system settings.  

  • Various minor improvements have been implemented to enhance performance and visual aspects of the system.   

 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that caused attached files not to be included when copying an asset. 
  • Fixed an issue where checklist comments would need to be resized when content exceeded the original dimensions. 
  • Fixed an issue that caused content to be duplicated when opening the Procedure Detail View more than once. 
  • Fixed an issue that caused parent-child relationships to be lost when procedure steps were copied. 
  • Fixed an issue that causes an error when creating Purchase requests back-to-back. 
  • Updated the system to prevent unnecessary reservation pop-ups when the ‘HidePendingReservations’ setting is enabled. 
  • Fixed an issue where users received an unsaved changes alert in error when exiting the PM Entry and Details screens.
