Work Orders in LLumin go through several stages before they can be successfully closed. Those with the Assigned status can be marked as Complete, which will either change the Work Order's status to Completed or Pending Approval, depending on the system configuration.
Note: If your Work Order includes a linked Condition Assessment, you can complete it separately and save the results before completing the Work Order.
Locate a Work Order
- Go to the Work Orders drop-down menu on the menu bar.
- Select View Work Orders from the drop-down menu.
- In the Work Order Finder, locate the Work Order you want to complete. Ensure the Work Order has the 'Assigned' status.
Complete a Condition Assessment
If you need to complete a Condition Assessment before finishing a Work Order:
- Click View to open the Work Order Master screen.
- If there are Procedures linked to your Work Order, you will see the Enter Assessment Data button at the bottom of the screen or in the Procedures dropdown
- Select the Enter Assessment Data button.

Complete all required Condition Assessment fields, if possible.

Select Save to confirm any changes.
- Once saved, you can view the current status of the condition assessment under the Procedures dropdown, as shown below.
Complete a Work Order
- Select Complete to open the Complete Work Order popup.Note: Alternatively, select Complete in the Work Order Finder to open the same popup.
- If there are Procedures linked to your Work Order and you have not finished Condition Assessment Data, you will be prompted to fill out a Condition Assessment.
- Confirm that each required step of each Procedure is completed, then select Next.
- If the Work Order requires Continuous Improvement, complete the requested information on the screen.
- Click Next to proceed.
- On the next page, update the statuses of the linked Assets, including logging any Downtime when the Asset was not operational.
- Then, select Complete to complete the Work Order. The status will change to 'Pending Approval' or 'Completed,' depending on your system configuration.
