Version 24.7 Release Notes

Release Date: July 18, 2024

Cycle Count Improvements:

  • Overdue and Upcoming Parts Display: The Inventory Count utility now displays lists of overdue parts and parts with upcoming counts upon entry.

  • Cycle Count Notifications: Additional notifications have been added for cycle counts that remind users when it's time to complete the cycle. The notification allows for repetitive alerts until the cycle counts have been started or completed.

  • Next Due Date Field: Introduced a "Next Due Date" field on inventory cycles to trigger notifications and create in-progress counts, advancing due dates based on frequency.

  • Cycle Count Setup/Edit Screen: Moved the cycle count setup/edit screen to the 'Inventory' menu for easier access. This also allows for more granular control over this functionality.

  • Improved Notification Emails: Clicking the link in notification emails shows all batches created, grouped by stockroom.

Improvements

  1. We added the ability to include any images attached to a Work Order on the printable WO form.

  2. We made Work Requests read-only after approval to prevent confusion about field editability.

  3. Added a new "Available In" field in the edit reason window. This allows users to set site-specific Downtime Reasons, ensuring that only relevant reasons can be selected for a given division. release 247.png

  4. Modified the Work Order Repair Comments to show comments as soon as the first entry is made, even if the Work Order is still in the Assigned status. The comments will remain visible and read-only. image-20240610-195145.png

  6. Enabled auto-scroll for better centering when clicking tabs/panels under cards on all master screens and the homepage.

  7. We added a "Navigate To" button in the GIS asset popup to open Google Maps and provide turn-by-turn navigation instructions to the asset location. Screenshot 2024-07-15 150733.png

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where Work Order Parts grid links were broken when opening a Work Order from quick search.
  • We fixed an issue that allowed LLite users to edit checklist data on Work Orders. Those users are now restricted to view-only access.
  • Removed hidden characters from LaborTime comments to prevent problems with logging time and closing Work Orders.
  • Fixed an issue where the Utilization Grid and Chart would not load with large amounts of data
  • Reopening a completed Work Order now correctly validates against configured approval requirements instead of defaulting to the previous approval status.
  • Corrected the hyperlink issue in the Projects Finder grid and ensured statuses are displayed for all projects, not just completed ones.
