We’re excited to introduce the new Help Button, conveniently located in the top right of your menu bar, providing instant access to our expanding Support Portal. This guide will walk you through how this feature can enhance your experience and make it easier to find the resources you need.

- The Help Button is designed to streamline your access to support resources, ensuring you receive assistance exactly when you need it.
- As our Support Portal expands, this tool will become your primary resource for how-tos, release notes, user guides, and more.
What's new
This update brings a powerful new feature directly to your interface, allowing seamless access to support resources:
- Instant Access to the Support Portal: With just a click, open the Support Portal where you can browse or search for articles that cover a wide range of topics, including how-to articles, release notes, and user guides.
- In-App Assistance: Search for help articles directly within the application, eliminating the need to navigate away from your work.
- Direct Ticket Submission: If you can’t find the assistance you need, the Help Button provides a quick way to submit a support ticket directly to our team.
- Expanding Resources: As our portal expands, more resources will become available, making this tool valuable for staying informed and resolving issues.
Getting Started
- Locate the green Help Button in the top right of your menu bar. Click it to open the help dropdown menu.
- Use the search bar to enter keywords related to your issue or question. Relevant articles will appear in a dropdown menu.
- Click on an article from the dropdown to view it directly within your application.
- Read the article without leaving the page or click through to the full Support Portal for more detailed information.
- Once in the portal, you can browse by category, search for specific topics, access feature guides, and more.
- If the articles do not resolve your issue, submit a ticket by clicking 'Submit a Ticket' at the bottom of the Help Button interface. Fill in the necessary details, and our support team will assist you promptly.
- Then, click Send to complete the ticket.
Setup and Configuration
- No setup is required for this feature — it’s ready to use with Release 24.8. Simply click the Help button to start accessing all available support resources.
This feature is just the beginning. We’re continually adding more content to the Support Portal to ensure you have the help you need, when you need it.
