The Work Order Calendar provides a powerful way to manage and visualize work orders across your operations. Follow these steps to access and select the calendar view that best suits your needs.
Instructions
- Navigate to the top menu and click Work Orders.
- Select Work Order Calendar.
- Alternatively, you can find the new calendar by going to Work Orders > View Work Orders.
- Click the Calendar button in the top right of the Work Order Finder.
- On the calendar page, select your preferred view by clicking Day, 3 Day, Work Week, Week, or Month.
NOTE: Events are not time-specific and will stack from top to bottom regardless of where they are added within the day.
Calendar View Options:
- Day View: Detailed view of all scheduled events for a single day.
- 3 Day View: Broader look at events over three days.
- Work Week & Week View: Displays a full week's worth of events.
- Month View: Provides an overview of the entire month.
