The Work Order Calendar uses a color-coded system and visual flags to help you quickly identify and prioritize work orders. Here’s how you can use these features effectively.

  • Different colors and icons help distinguish various work order statuses and types.

Work Order Type Description
Completed Work Order Indicates the work order has been successfully completed.
Down Asset Work Order Shows that the work order involves an asset currently down and not operational.
Failed Step Asset Indicates a work order related to an asset where a step in the process has failed.
High Priority Work Order Marks work orders that need immediate attention.
Overdue Work Order Represents work orders past their due date.
In Progress Work Order Indicates work is currently being performed.
Pending Approval Work Order Shows work orders awaiting approval before continuing or completing.
Safety Work Order Highlights work orders related to safety concerns.
Recurring Work Work orders scheduled for the future but not yet active.
