How to Search for an Asset

With extensive search and filtering capabilities, you can find all of your Assets in LLumin CMMS+ through the Asset Finder.

Instructions

To search for an Asset, perform the following steps:

1. Go to the Assets drop-down menu on the menu bar.
2. Select View Assets.
3. In the Asset Finder, you can use the search bar to find assets by ID or Description.
4. To search through additional fields or filter the results, select the Filters button near the top of the screen. Choose the appropriate field(s) and select Apply.
5. To open an Asset, select the hyperlink in the Asset ID column or double-click the selection.
6. To open multiple Assets at once, use the left-most checkbox to select the Asset(s) you would like to open and select the View button.
7. To view assets in an organizational hierarchy, click the Organization View option near the top of the screen. This will display assets according to their hierarchy within the organization.
8. In Organization View, navigate the assets by clicking the dropdown chevron on the left-hand side or by double-clicking.

NOTE: You can also view open work orders on certain assets that have a red wrench icon next to them.
