The Item Reorder List in LLumin provides an overview of all reorder entries on your server. Similar to a Finder, it offers a range of options to modify, manage, and take action on the list. Below, we’ll guide you through how to access and use this feature effectively.
Instructions
To find the Item Reorder List, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to the Inventory drop-down menu on the menu bar.
- Select Item Reorder List.
- The Item Reorder List provides you with multiple actions to perform:
| Field | Instructions |
|---|---|
| Filters | Filter the results through various fields. Select Create New to save the current filter for future use or Set as Default to filter every time. |
| Search | Search for a particular Reorder. |
| Select by Vendor | Highlight all additional Reorders that have the same Preferred Vendor as the selected Reorder. |
| Place PO | Convert the Reorder into a new Purchase Order. |
| Edit | Change the Reorder Qty and Preferred Vendor of a Reorder. |
| View Item | Opens the selected item. |
| Remove | Delete the selected Reorder(s). |
| Export | Export the details of the selected Reorder(s) to an Excel file. |
| Recalculate Stockroom | Recalculate the reorder list for a Stockroom. |
Sorting Reorder Entries
-
You can sort any column in the Item Reorder List by clicking the title of the column. For example, to sort reorders by Purchase Qty, simply click the Purchase Qty column title. The list will then be sorted in ascending order.
-
If you'd prefer to sort the list in descending order, click the column title a second time. An orange arrow and line will indicate the current sorting method.
-
To remove the sorting, click the column title a third time. Both the arrow and line will disappear, showing that sorting is no longer applied.
Filters
- Filters allow you to narrow down the Item Reorder List based on specific criteria. For instance, you can filter by Vendor, Stockroom, or Reorder Point to view only relevant items.
- To save a filter for future use, apply the filters and select Create New in the filter options.
- Enter a name for the filter and click Save.
Important Notes
- If a column is too narrow, you may not see the full sorting arrow or number, but the orange bar at the bottom of the column title will always be visible to indicate sorting.
- You can click and drag columns to change the layout in the finder.
- Be sure to unsort a column before removing it. If you remove a sorted column without unsorting it, the Item Reorder List will still use that column for sorting, even though it’s no longer visible.
