Improvements

  • Added a "Closed By" field and filter in Work Order Finder for better tracking.
  • Added a System Configuration to automatically hide inactive assets in the Asset Org Tree unless filtered.
  • Added a System Configuration to alert users if a Vendor Quote Number was already being used on an open PO.
  • We added new notifications to alert users when a backorder is filled.
  • The Asset Facility View now has an auto-refresh option for real-time updates.
  • Updated the Condition Group options menu to add explicit buttons for "Set Name" and "Set Pattern."
  • Added a checkmark to indicate taxable PO line items in the Tax column for easy reference.
  • We added a new homepage grid named “My Department's Open Work Orders” for work orders specific to the user's department.
  • Added "Accuracy" and "Adjusted Value" fields to the Cycle Count Approval Screen and reports.
  • Added a System Configuration to set default item pricing order for purchase orders.
  • Users can now see all three organization levels on the Child Asset view in Asset Structure.
  • Added a Checklist Step indicator to PM Finder for better tracking.
