LLumin CMMS+ keeps a comprehensive record of all maintenance performed on your Assets via Work Orders. You can easily access and review the complete Work History of any Asset long after the Work Orders have been completed.
Instructions
To view the Work History of an Asset, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to the Assets drop-down menu on the menu bar.
- Select View Assets.
- In the Asset Finder, select the Asset for which you want to view the Work History.
- Click View to open the Asset.
- Select Maintenance on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the Work History drop-down menu.
- This will display a list of all recorded maintenance for the selected Asset. Click the View button to view any Work Order in-depth.
