Grids are a type of homepage tile on your LLumin CMMS+ dashboard that provide a detailed table view of items such as Assets and Work Orders. Like Finders. Grids offer a range of actions to help you manage and customize your data efficiently.
Instructions
Grid tiles provide the following options, in addition to many of the actions available in the associated Finder:
- Configure Columns: Show or hide columns in the Grid to customize your view.
- View in Finder: Opens the associated Finder with the Grid's filters already applied.
- View in Popup: Displays the Grid in a separate window for easier viewing.
- Maximize / Shrink: Expands or restores the size of the Grid.
- Information: Provides a description of the type of Grid.
- You can minimize grids by clicking the title or header of the Grid. If there are multiple pages, use the arrows or page numbers at the bottom left to navigate.
- Grids, like other homepage tiles, can also be filtered by clicking the Filters button near the top, allowing you to tailor the displayed data to suit your needs.
