Version 24.10 Release Notes

Oct. 17, 2024

Improvements

  • When copying an asset, users are now prompted with options for handling the Partlink field when "copy parts" is checked. You can either leave it as is, create a new Partlink, or copy the parts from the original asset.

  • Improved GIS layer filtering by allowing users to clear the "Open Work Order/Down Filter" while keeping selected layers intact.

  • Added a "Locked" checkbox in the Work Order header to prevent any further changes, including reopening or editing the work order once checked.

  • When closing a work order as Close (Not Complete) from the Open Work Order Grid, users are now prompted to provide a reason.

  • Comments on Close (Not Complete) work orders are now visible in work order reports.

  • When multiple TPMs exist for an asset, the system now prompts users to select which TPM to apply.

  • The Cycle Count grid now includes an item location column to help users quickly identify where items are stored.

  • Added the "Date Last Counted" field to the Cycle Count screen.

  • Reorganized the Cycle Count screen legend to match the actual display order of the color codes and clarified that the description appears at the end.

  • Recaptioned the "+/-" column in the Cycle Count approval grid to "X→Y" and added a new "+/-" column to display the difference in quantities, making it easier to understand stock changes.

  • Enhanced the quick search button tooltip in the Item Finder to include "Alternative Part 2" for improved search results.

  • Closed (Not Complete) work orders are now excluded from the "Work Order Compliance Last Week" KPI.

  • Recurring Work setup now triggers on weekdays only, with suppression adjusted for Sunday and Monday instead of Saturday and Sunday.
