Feature Guide: LLumin AI-Enabled Functionality

Our new AI-Enabled Functionality gives you a powerful tool to analyze your data, spot trends, and gain insights that support data-driven decisions. By learning from historical data, LLumin AI turns raw information into actionable insights, helping you refine processes, prioritize tasks, and improve efficiency.

What exactly is LLumin AI?

The LLumin AI tool is built for industry professionals, integrating seamlessly with your existing database to analyze data, recognize patterns, and generate summaries that reveal valuable insights. It provides you with a clear, summarized view of your data, enabling you to make well-informed decisions and streamline your workflow.

What’s new

The LLumin AI tool offers targeted AI-driven insights to enhance your daily tasks:

  • Analyze Data Patterns: LLumin AI can examine your historical data and identify trends that would be difficult to see with traditional reporting. This helps you uncover factors like recurring equipment failures or maintenance needs tied to specific intervals or conditions.
  • Summarize Activities: Generate summaries of labor activities or overdue tasks, providing an at-a-glance view of key data points without combing through detailed reports.

How Powerful is LLumin AI Enabled Functionality?

LLumin AI currently supports two primary functions:

  1. Daily Labor Analysis: Generates a summary of relevant labor activities from the prior shift or day.
  2. Overdue Work Analysis: Compiles a list of overdue tasks with relevant insights, making it easy to stay on top of priority items.

With plans for adding more functionality, we envision LLumin AI going even further, learning from similar data patterns across your CMMS and providing predictive insights and recommendations.

Setup and Configuration

To activate LLumin AI, two configurations must be enabled:

  • ‘UseAI’ Config: Enables the AI Functionality for the instance.
  • OpenAIApiKey: Connects the system to the AI engine. Customers must secure the production key via a SQL update.

Permissions:

  • An additional user permission, LLumin AI, is now available under the System Wide permissions. Only users with this permission can access and use the AI features.
