What’s New: Inventory Physical Count

LLumin’s READYTrak software suite now has easy to use, powerful, and highly configurable tools that customers can use to create rules for physical inventory count updates.

LLumin offers customers the ability to decide on what methodology is best for counting inventory quantities (and valuations). Choices include ad-hoc inventory counting and recording, as well as the ability to create any combination of periodic or cycle based counting.

The system supports the creation of any number of cycle periods and then, LLumin’s READYTrak gives users the ability to create item groups – based on valuation, turn cycles, class, or any other groupings and assign that group to a cycle count. Items can also be added on-the fly to any given cycle group.

As counts are completed, using any browser-based device, the system also records in a detailed way, the transaction history of those counts and, the system also provides authorized users with an approval grid that enables the inspection and review of all count transactions prior to posting.

What’s New: Inventory Transfer

LLumin’s READYTrak software suite allows customers to easily transfer inventory from one stock location to another.

One of the key benefits of using READYTrak is its ability to support multiple stockrooms or stocking locations. This means that if customers choose to set up multiple locations – LLumin’s READYTrak gives authorized users a way to simply move from one location to another and manage materials in those locations, or to view activity at all locations.

Locations can be full stockrooms and warehouses, as well as cribs, vending machines, or work cell locations on the plant floor.

If customers need to move items from one stock location to another, LLumin’s READYTrak offers an optimized utility for that process. The feature set includes the ability to set rules for movement and receipt, depending on user privileges. It also supports a “move immediately” mode as well. Either way, the entire transaction sequence is properly logged and audit ready. The process also correctly adjusts on-hand valuation in both stocking locations.

What’s New: Item Serialization

LLumin’s READYTrak software suite allows customers to manage and track uniquely identified and serialized inventory items.

READYTrak supports the ability to full track, end-to-end, or cradle-to-grave items that are or need to be uniquely identified. This includes the ability to receive in and track manufacturer or vendor supplied serialized items, as well as the ability to automatically create unique serial numbers for items on-the-fly within READYTrak. READYTrak also supports lot number tracking for batches of received items.

As items or containers are serialized and tracked, READYTrak gives visibility to the user as movement occurs over time. As items move from stock to a location, that transaction is recorded for that unique ID entity. As those items move back to stock or to other locations, that movement is time stamped and recorded as well. If items need to be sent off site for calibration or for re-furb, the system tracks that sequence and can also bring in updated cost information about the items or parts, upon return to stock of the re-built entity.

READYTrak also gives an easy view into the entire transaction history of all uniquely identified items. The view displays every level of movement, including status changes and reasons or comments for said changes, over time, from initial create to final disposition.

Detail Section

  • Serialization allows users to keep track of individual items by unique serial numbers.
    • For example, there is a car with four tires, and such the on-hand quantity of the car is four. Now all four tires can be assigned their own, unique serial number, making it possible for each tire’s condition and attributes to be tracked individually.

    • Once an item has been made, it is no longer possible to add or remove serialization.
  • To have the system autogenerate a serial number, ensure the System Gen checkbox has been checked.
  • When printing a serialized item, the label will include its serial number and its barcode (which also represents its serial number).

What’s New: eCommerce Integration

LLumin provides customers with functionality that integrates vendor on-line catalogs and eProcurement platforms with the materials management suite of READYTrak.

One of the key benefits of using READYTrak is its ability to manage vendors, set re-order rules, and create powerful requisitioning and procurement rules for replenishment.

Now, LLumin’s READYTrak has built-in integration, via cXML, to eProcurement marketplaces. Upon materials demand, requisitions or purchase orders can be placed via punch-out and round trip to on-line systems. Any pre-arranged or blanket agreement pricing stays in tact throughout the process as well.  Supplier descriptions and catalog numbers are automatically incorporated into the replenishment process, as well.

 What’s New: Personnel View

READYAsset’s personnel scheduling utility gives supervisors and team leaders an ability to easily schedule technicians, mechanics, and other skilled personnel.     From within the work order, personnel can be scheduled via a drag and drop calendar interface.  The team members available can be filtered based on craft, as well as their availability.

Once users are scheduled, READYAsset presents an easy to view listing of all personnel associated with the work order as well as their specific associated work schedule.    This view can be seen from within the Work Order document itself, or from a more enterprise level view in the Calendar utility.

Detail Section

  • Multiple users can now be associated to a single Work Order by clicking on the Add User button
  • To schedule the user, click on their resulting card and use either the list view to add a new record or the calendar view to drag and drop the user to the correct time slot.
