READYAsset

Title: A new “Approved By” Field has been added to Work Order Details in the Dates/Costs Card.

  • The “Approved By” field now shows in Completed Work Orders that have been approved.

Title: The "My Assigned Work Orders" grid has been recaptioned to "My Work Orders" to account for associated Personnel.

Title: Asset Type User Defined Custom Validation Lists are now available in various drop-down sections as expected.

Title:  Work Order Services cost are now accurately calculated.

Title: If a step is deleted from a Procedure's data collection, it will not show up in the "Enter Assessment Data" popup on an open Work Order.

Title:  New label printing custom fields have been added.  

  • Users are able to add data. For example, users have the ability to add Manufacturer Name to the options for label printing at the item level.

Title: Additional functionality related to Purchase Order Terms and Conditions has been added.

  • Users can select "include terms and conditions statement" checkbox per Vendor in Vendor Details.

 

  • Users must upload the Terms and Conditions PDF to the Vendor.

 

  • If "yes" has been checked, then at time of Purchase Order, the terms and conditions statement will be added to the Purchase Order printout, including during release.

 

Title: Purchase Order receipt fields, such as Packing List # and Vendor List # are now restricted to 20 characters to prevent saving errors.

Title: Functionality to allow editing lines on released Purchase Orders has been added.

  • A new Purchase Order status “Partially Received” has been added.
    • This is triggered when any line has been received against it.
    • At this point, the Purchase Order is not editable until it has been closed.
    • In this status, lines can be added but not removed.
    • Users can cancel a line that has not been fully received and it will not show up in the receiving screen.

Title: Vendor emails and phone numbers can be added for each contact shown on the info card.

  • These now show in Vendor Info in Purchase Order Details.

Title: A number of issues with Purchase Order Services and Total Parts costs/calculation have been addressed.

  • Purchase Requisitions are now showing in the grid and also added to the Services Costs.

 

  • The Line Total in the grid now incorporates the freight and miscellaneous costs proportionally distributed.

 

  • The Dates/Costs card is now only showing the received totals in the services costs.

 

  • An issue with the Work Order # not carrying over to Purchase Orders from Requisitions has been addressed.

 

  • The Total Parts Costs on a Work Order now properly accounts for and calculates accurately when there are multi-lines.

 

  • An issue with Purchase Order Totals not saving correctly under specific situations (with Freight or Miscellaneous Costs) has been addressed.

 

Module Updates

 

Title: Various improvements have been made to the GIS Module.

  • Multiple improvements have been made to improve performance and/or the time it takes to load data on screens.

 

  • A user, given the appropriate security & authorization, is now able to auto-import GIS assets.

 

  • The views for open Work Orders on an Asset are properly appearing for layers that have poly-lines.

 

  • The 4 colors that overlap between GIS overlays and the Work Order Finder now properly match.

 

  • When adding Work Orders, the GIS map now properly reloads automatically.

 

  • Down Assets are now showing as expected on the Map when using the “Show Down” button.

Title: Various improvements have been made to the Project Module.

  • When Finalizing a Project with no approvals, the Project status will go to “In Progress”.

 

  • Project Task Types now properly show if the tasks are global or are set for that specific Project Type.

 

  • Project Details “Create Work Order” & “Create Purchase Order” will show appropriately whether Workflow turned on or not.

Title: Various improvements have been made to the Workflow Module.

  • Duration is now properly set for the entire rule.
    • The ability to set a duration will only show when there are active condition groups.

 

  • When clicking the timer icon, a popup will show allowing the user to set a duration with a specific Unit of Measure.

 

  • Two new Unit of Measures (days and weeks) have been added.

 

  • Issues with Workflow email notifications have been addressed.
    • The application will automatically email the appropriate group when a Work Order is entered.

 

General Updates

Title:  References to the term "SCADA" have been updated to reference the term "Machine Interface".

Title: Users can now multi-select and scroll through Purchase Orders and Projects using arrows and scrolling functionality.

Title: A request to create a “Projects Pending My Approval” grid has been addressed.

  • If Workflow is turned off, and a logged in user has Approve permissions for Project then this grid will show all Projects Pending Approval.

Title: Various improvements have been made to the Transaction Log grid.

  • Tran log entries are now added for each individual field change. They are grouped by the Date and Time of the save.

 

  • Revision History has been renamed to Activity Log in Purchase Order Details.

 

  • The Activity Log grid in user management has been renamed to User Activity and now has an audit tab that shows changes to the user record.

Title: The “My Assigned Work Order” Grid and “Open Work Order” Chart, now accurately reflect the same information.

Title: An issue with the User Admin checkbox has been addressed.

  • The System Admin checkbox is now a disabled for all non-admin users.

 

  • For Admin users, any updates to this setting save properly.

 

  • Additional logging has been added for future audit and research purposes.

 

Title: Filtering by “is Admin” in the User Management screen now accurately returns only Admin options. 

 

December Release Additional Info

 

  • A collection of small issues as well as minor cosmetic improvements have been included in this release.

 

  • A number of items targeted to specific customers are not included in these Release Notes, however they will be communicated directly with the impacted parties.
