Additional Functionality
Satisfaction Survey
- In this release, LLumin has added the capability to send a configurable Satisfaction Survey upon completion of a Work Order to that Work Order's Requestor, when a Work Order has been built from a Work Request.
- A Work Order Type can be configured to have a link to a Satisfaction Survey that will get sent to the primary requestor of the Work Order upon its completion.
- The Satisfaction Survey results will be available on the Work Order Details.
- Two new fields will be added to the Work Order Finder for the Satisfaction Survey Response and Comments that can be used to sort and filter the Work Order Finder results.
- Two new fields will be added to the “Work Order data” data source for use in the Reporting module.
- More detailed information will be provided in the Satisfaction Survey User Guide that can be found on the Support Portal - https://llumin.zendesk.com/hc/en-us under the Application Training & Documentation section.
- If your organization is interested in enabling this functionality, please reach out to LLumin Support either by creating a new Zendesk case, by emailing support@llumin.zendesk.com or by calling 413-233-5434.
