Asset

  • We have added an Export button to allow users to export the Maintenance History of an Asset.

 

Recurring Work

  • We have added a checkbox to mark a Recurring Work entry as Inactive; this will remove the Recurring Work entry from the triggering process and by default will be hidden on the Recurring Work Finder.

 

Work Order

  • We have added the Work Order Type Description field to the Work Request email notifications to replace the Work Order Type ID.

Reporting

  • We have improved the standard WOWorksheet report to better report on Ad Hoc Parts added to Work Orders.

 

Minor Improvements

 

  • We have added functionality to allow users to save the configured column widths in the user’s grid layout.
  • We have addressed an issue where Checklist-Step Validated Lists were not editable in all cases in the System Setup -> Custom Lists screen.
  • We have addressed an issue where WO Types on Work Request creation were showing Types not marked as being “Available on Requests”.
  • We have addressed an issue where specific types of Recurring Work entries were not properly displayed on the calendar view.
  • We have addressed an issue where Assets were not showing on Work Orders when you have an Asset in a Department that exists in multiple Divisions.
  • We have addressed an issue where the sorting on Work Order Due Date was not incorporating the local time.
