READYTrak
- We have improved the reorder point validation to run immediately when an Item is created. If the item’s on hand quantity is less than the reorder point, that item will be put on the reorder list.
- We have added the ability to set the System Generated Item Number prefix to a value other than “PART” which is the current default prefix value.
READYAsset
- We have improved the Condition Assessment functionality to further enforce the required fields in all circumstances. There were specific scenarios where the validation of required fields was not occurring as expected.
- We have improved the Project Finder by adding a filter field for “My Pending Approvals”.
Modules
Label Printing
- We have updated the Label Printing functionality to confirm if the user’s default printer is valid. If the default printer is invalid, a red message banner will be displayed indicating there are no printers in the system. Please refer to the sample below:

Reporting
- We have developed additional Standard Dashboards that will be provided under the Reporting module
- These dashboards will be deployed separately in the next week.
- For these Dashboards to be functional, each report/tile within the Dashboard must also be saved in the software as well.
- If there is a Work Order Compliance Report on the Work Order Dashboard but then somehow the Work Order Compliance Report gets deleted, renamed, or moved to a new location, the Dashboard will not run due to an error code.
- To accommodate for this, we must have a folder of all the tiles that exist in the Dashboard.
- Dashboard Tiles folder will contain Work Order Compliance Report that appears on the Work Order Dashboard.
- Dashboard Tiles folder will contain Overdue Purchase Orders that appears on the Purchase Order Dashboard.
- Users can duplicate both Dashboards and the individual tiles/reports themselves for their own customization.
- LLumin’s Standard Dashboards > READYAsset > Work Order
- In the Work Order folder, we will have the WO Dashboard itself and a Work Order Dashboard Tiles folder.
- For these Dashboards to be functional, each report/tile within the Dashboard must also be saved in the software as well.
