Asset

  • We have improved the functionality around the Asset Location filter field which is now a combo box field allowing users to manually type in entries or choose from a predefined list managed in the System Setup screen.
  • We have added a field to the Asset Master screen to display the “Downtime Cost per Hour”.

 

Modules

 

Label Printing

  • We have improved the label printing functionality to better accommodate Item Description values by limiting the printed Description to 40 characters. This will prevent overlap in some cases for labels smaller than 1.5 inches.
  • We have updated the label printing functionality for the DYMO integration to support DYMO Connect and we will continue to support DYMO Label service.

 

New Module

 

Certifications

  • We have added a new screen under the System Setup to create and manage certifications. This functionality allows a user with access to the System Setup to create certifications, certification categories, and expiration notifications. There is also a new card under User Accounts to add and manage an individual user’s certifications. We have also included two new standard reports to show all Certifications and which Users have been certified and all Users and which Certifications those users have. This functionality includes a notification piece which can be configured to notify a specific user or group of users X days before any certification expires.

From the above screen, you can click on the Add button to create a new certification, click on the Edit Categories button to add to/edit the list of Certification Categories, and click on an existing Certification record to edit.

Minor Improvements

 

  • We have addressed an issue where Cancelled Purchase Orders were adding to the Purchase Cost of Projects. Cancelled Purchase Orders will now be hidden but still linked to the Project and the PO Cost will be removed from the Total Cost value.
  • We have addressed an issue with cross-site cookies related to using the Punchout functionality on the latest Google Chrome release.
  • We have added the “Lead Assigned To“ User to the Work Request notification when the Work Request is approved.
