Navigating the LLumin reporting interface is straightforward, with several tools to help you manage, access, and organize reports.
- To get to the reporting interface, click Reporting on the top navigation bar.
Reporting Interface Overview

The system is divided into three main areas:

- Left-Hand Panel, where you can navigate reports, categories, and folders.
- Top Menu Bar, where you can access key commands and actions.
- Main Display Area, where detailed reports, filters, and options are shown.
Each section is designed for easy navigation, helping you manage reports, assets, and work orders efficiently.
Left Side Panel
The left panel serves as the primary navigation area where you can access your favorite reports, frequently used reports, and company-specific or standard report folders.

| 3 | My Company Reports | Organize and nest folders for reports specific to your division or department. Right-click on folders to rename, move, or delete them as needed. |
| 4 | Standard Reports | These are pre-built reports from LLumin CMMS+. |
| 5 | Forms | Contains templates for generating forms. |
| 6 | Scheduled Reports | View reports you have set to run on a schedule. |
Top Menu Bar
The Top Menu Bar allows you to execute core actions like running, editing, and scheduling reports, as well as managing reports in your folders.

| 2 | Edit / Copy | Allows customization of reports. Save a new version after making edits. |
| 3 | Rename | Enables renaming of reports saved in your personal folders. |
| 4 | Schedule | Lets you automate the delivery of reports at regular intervals (e.g., daily, weekly). |
| 5 | Delete | Deletes reports in your personal area (not available for system or standard reports). |
| 6 | Search Bar | Quickly find specific reports by entering keywords. |
| 7 | By Category Checkbox | Allows sorting reports in ascending/descending order by category. |
Main Display Area
The Main Display Area is where you interact with your selected reports, apply filters, and customize the view of your report tiles or grid.

| 2 | Title / Date | Sort your reports effectively by selecting Title or Date at the top right of the main area. |
| 3 | Add to User Management Homepage | To add a report to your User Management Homepage, select the house icon at the bottom of the report tile. |
| 4 | Heart Icon | Add a report to your Favorites by clicking the heart icon that appears on the report tile. |
| 5 | Download Options | Choose to run a report in a PDF or Excel format |
