To run a report, use the following steps:
- Select a report from the folder.
- Choose your format:
- Either click the PDF or XLS icons directly on the report tile,
- Or use the dropdown next to Run to choose your desired format: PDF, XLS, XLSX, or CSV.
NOTE: By default, when you click Run, the report will generate as a PDF, so be sure to select the correct format before running the report if you prefer a different one.
Filters and Settings
The filter and setting tools enable you to customize report results by adjusting date ranges, filtering specific categories, or modifying display preferences.

PDF Reports:
- Once you've set your filters, click Run. The report will generate in the selected format. For PDF reports, you can change filters and re-run the report directly from the preview screen if needed.
Excel Reports
- Running reports in Excel works similarly. After running a report in an Excel format, the file will be downloaded to your browser’s download tray. You can open the file, enable editing, and make changes as needed.
