Setting up a report schedule

Scheduling reports is ideal for maintaining regular oversight and ensuring timely delivery of critical information.

Creating a schedule

To create a schedule, use the following steps:

  1. Click on a customized report.
  2. Click Schedule in the top menu.Screenshot 2024-12-09 101812.png
  3. There are three tabs on the scheduling screen: the Recurrence Tab, the Filters Tab, and the Recipients Tab. 

Recurrence Tab

In the Recurrence tab, you can set the timing and frequency options for scheduled reports, as well as specify report format and start/end dates.

  Feature Description
1 Frequency Set the frequency of the report (e.g., daily, weekly).
2 Report Format Specify the format (PDF, Excel).
3 Start / End Dates Choose the start and end dates for report generation.

 

Filters Tab

In the Filters Tab, you can adjust filters to control the data included in the scheduled reports.

Recipients Tab

  1. Add internal or external email addresses for report delivery.
  2. Customize the subject and message that will accompany the report.
