Understanding User License Types

LLumin CMMS+ offers four distinct user license types to accommodate the varying needs of your workforce. Each license type provides a specific level of access and functionality, ensuring users have the tools they need without overextending permissions.

User Type Description

Core User

A Core User license grants comprehensive system access and privileges, ideal for users requiring full functionality:

  • Unlimited device access.
  • Full privileges for module access, data management (view, create, edit, delete).

  • Control over reporting, dashboard, and configuration utilities.

LLite User

A LLite User license provides read-only access to all purchased functionality, with limited permissions for specific actions:

  • Access based on specific Named User ID.

  • Read-only for licensed modules, can create service/item requests.

  • Limited dashboard/report access.

Restrictions include:

  • No creation/editing rights for assets, work orders, or purchase orders.

Operator User

An Operator User license is designed for users such as machine operators and drivers who need access for daily operational tasks without full system access:

  • Access tied to specific Named User IDs.

  • Create work requests, item requests, or work orders (privilege-based).

  • Perform pre- and post-shift inspections (cannot complete PMs or WOs).

  • Update machine statuses, view maintenance schedules, and check work history.

  • View asset information and relevant documentation

 IT Admin

An IT Admin license provides specialized access for managing user roles and system configurations, without module privileges:

  • Full access to system-wide configurations and user management utilities, with no direct module access.

  • Full privileges for managing reports.
