Employee profiles allow organizations to track and manage personnel information within the LLumin system.
- Navigate to the User/Role Finder screen.
- Select Create. This action opens a selection screen where you can choose the type of record you want to create: User, Employee, or Role.
To create a new employee, use the following steps:
- Select Employee.
- Enter the employee’s full name, employee ID, associated role, and contact details.
- Confirm the employee's information displayed on the screen and click Save.
