Deactivating a User or Multiple Users

Deactivating users prevents unauthorized access while retaining their historical data for reference.

Deactivating a single user

To delete a single user, use the following steps:

  1. In User / Role Finder, enter a User ID or Name in the search bar, then press Enter.
  2. To edit the user’s properties or user profile, select the user’s name.
  3. Click View.
  4. Select General Info.

  6. Delete the information in the following fields: craft, email address, and phone number.
  7. Click Save to complete the deactivation.

Deactivating Multiple Users

To deactivate multiple users, use the following steps:

  1. In User / Role Finder, select multiple users you want to deactivate.
  2. Select View.
  3. For each user, select General Info.
  4. Select the Inactive checkbox.
  5. Click the arrow at the top of the screen to toggle through each user.Screenshot 2024-12-09 110013.png
  6. Select the Inactive checkbox.
  7. Repeat the process for any additional users.
  8. Click Save to complete the bulk deactivation.
