Deactivating users prevents unauthorized access while retaining their historical data for reference.
Deactivating a single user
To delete a single user, use the following steps:
- In User / Role Finder, enter a User ID or Name in the search bar, then press Enter.
- To edit the user’s properties or user profile, select the user’s name.
- Click View.
- Select General Info.
- Select the Inactive checkbox.
- Delete the information in the following fields: craft, email address, and phone number.
- Click Save to complete the deactivation.
Deactivating Multiple Users
To deactivate multiple users, use the following steps:
- In User / Role Finder, select multiple users you want to deactivate.
- Select View.
- For each user, select General Info.
- Select the Inactive checkbox.
- Click the arrow at the top of the screen to toggle through each user.
- Select the Inactive checkbox.
- Repeat the process for any additional users.
- Click Save to complete the bulk deactivation.
