Improvements
- Added a Lead Assigned To filter in the Work Order Finder, allowing users to filter work orders by assigned leads. Updated the homepage My Assigned WOs tile to align with the new filter.
- Added tax and markup fields to divisions for applying and adjusting costs for labor and parts. Introduced customizable UDF fields for divisions, departments, and work cells.
- Added the ability to link Work Order Definition and assets together, allowing users to easily select relevant definitions based on equipment.
- Added a system configuration to enforce sequential completion of work order procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols like LOTO and permits. Technicians can only proceed to the next step after completing all prerequisites.
- We included item images in the Cycle Count screen details for easier visual identification.
- We've enabled User Defined Fields 11-20 for recurring work. Changing the work order type will automatically update these fields.
- Added a Remaining Quantity field to the PO Lines Grid for Blanket POs.
- Added a new "Close" option to manually close Blanket POs. Also, updated the "Cancel" option to apply only to statuses below Released
- Expanded Trigger Info card functionality to allow suppression of Recurring Work for more than one month.
- We removed item validation when deleting a kit, as kits automatically break down into individual items when used.
- Updated Blanket PO approval functionality to require users to save changes before approving, ensuring changes do not invalidate approval rules.
- Enhanced Operator and LLite licenses by adding Map View and Facility View to the Asset Menu and a Serial Items Inquiry to the Inventory Menu for improved navigation and functionality.
