Spotlighted New Features

Introducing our new Admin Mode! Admin Mode is now available to streamline system management, making settings and configurations easier to access and manage. Learn about Admin Mode here.

Advanced Multilingual Capabilities. This feature enhances accessibility and usability for a global audience by expanding our Basic Multilingual Support, allowing users to translate user-created data.

Feature Description
Basic Multilingual Support
  • Set a preferred language for all system-controlled text, including labels, titles, pop-ups, and menus.
New Advanced Multilingual Capabilities
  • Translate user-entered fields such as asset names, procedure detail, and item descriptions.
  • Support for drop-down values and other configurable fields where translation applies.
Location-based Language Settings
  • Assign a primary and alternate language per location.

Example: A plant in Mexico can have English as their primary language and Spanish as the alternate, while a Quebec plant may use French as primary and English as the alternate.

More New Features

  • GIS Map Enhancements

    • Users can now easily filter work orders assigned to them by clicking the new "My Open Work Orders" button in the GIS Map View.
  •  Purchase Order Notifications
    • We’ve added a new system setting that allows you to configure email notifications for PO releases with the new Purchase Order Release Email(s) setting.

Other Improvements

  • The Item column in the Item Reorder List is now a clickable link that navigates directly to the item's details. The View Item button has been removed from this screen.
  • We have added enhanced support for the German language in LLumin, ensuring a seamless experience for our users in the German-speaking regions.
  • Improved item cost visibility by adding the UOM Conversion Factor to the Item Costs card, including the Purchase Unit to Stock Unit conversion.
  • We added the Work Order Scheduled Start Date field to the Reservations Finder.
  • The Reason setup screen in Admin Mode has been updated and now includes an 'Add' button, allowing users to create custom Reason Codes alongside default options.
  • Added UDF filter fields to the PO/Requisition, Item Reorder List, and Issue/Reservation Finders.
  • The HMI Role has been renamed to Operator Role, and the Integration Role has been removed.

Resolved Issues

  • Resolved various issues to improve overall system stability and performance. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your experience.
