Feature Guide: New Admin Mode

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience, we’re introducing Admin Mode, a streamlined way to manage settings more efficiently. This update simplifies navigation, improves clarity, and ensures settings are easier to find and use.

Why Admin Mode?

Managing system configurations shouldn’t be a hassle. Our goal is to provide a more intuitive and structured experience, making it easier for administrators to adjust settings without unnecessary complexity.

This update includes:

  • A renamed and redesigned settings hub, shifting from Configuration Mode to Admin Mode.
  • A single, consolidated screen for managing configurations, instead of multiple fragmented sub-sections.
  • Clearer, business-friendly descriptions to help administrators quickly understand each setting’s purpose.

What's New

A More Streamlined Layout

  • We’ve reorganized Admin Mode to house all configurations under a single section called Options.
  • Settings are now grouped into collapsible categories, keeping the interface clean and easy to navigate.

Expanded Descriptions and Help Links

  • Each setting now features a more detailed description, ensuring clarity.
  • Longer descriptions will be truncated with a Read More option, allowing you to expand for full details.
  • Direct links to our Support Portal provide additional resources, including use cases and screenshots.

New Expand / Collapse Controls

  • We’ve added Expand All and Collapse All buttons so you can adjust the view to your preference.

Save and Export Options

  • Quickly save changes without navigating away.
  • Export settings to an XLS file for easier external management.

Getting Started

To access the new Admin Mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your screen.

  2. Then, select Admin Mode.

  3. Select Options to view all configurations grouped under collapsible tabs.

  4. Use the search bar to quickly find settings by keyword.

  5. Expand groupings as needed to make changes.

  6. Make your changes and click Save to confirm your update.

Setup and Configuration

  • No setup is required. Admin Mode is ready to use with the Q1 release. Simply click the gear icon to start exploring the new features and improvements.
