You can export lists of records from LLumin CMMS+ directly to Excel for offline analysis, reporting, or bulk processing. These steps apply to Assets, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory Items, and more.
Exporting Records to Excel
- From the LLumin homepage, select the tab containing the records you want to export (e.g., Assets, Work Orders, Materials).
- Navigate to the appropriate Finder by clicking:

- View Assets
- View Work Orders
- View Items
- Or View Purchase Order
- NOTE: The option to export records is available in most Finders across LLumin, so you can use these same steps to export many different types of records.

- Apply filters to narrow down the records (optional). If you don’t filter or select anything, the entire list will be exported.
- At the top of the Finder screen, look for the Export button.
NOTE: If the button is not visible, click the three vertical dots icon (⋮) on the far right to reveal hidden options.
- LLumin will generate an Excel file containing the same records and columns as currently displayed.
- The file will be automatically downloaded to your browser’s Downloads folder.
TIP: Filters help reduce the size of your exports and let you focus on specific records.
Exported files reflect what’s currently visible in the Finder view. If you customize columns, filters, or sorting, the downloaded Excel file will mirror that configuration.
