How to View TPM Results

After a TPM has been completed, you can review the collected data directly from the asset or by using the Asset Condition History report.

View TPM Results

Follow these steps to view TPM results from the asset record:

1. Navigate to the Assets tab in the top menu bar.
2. Select View Assets.
3. Select the asset with the completed TPM and click View.
4. Click the Maintenance tab.
5. Open the Linked Procedures subtab.
6. Scroll to the TPM section.
7. Under the Assessment Procedure field, select the TPM you want to review.
8. You’ll now see a data grid with historical TPM submissions.
9. Use the Data Point dropdown to filter by a specific field collected in the TPM (e.g., Condition, Oil Level).
10. Use the Date Range filters to narrow the results to a specific time period.
