Additional Improvements
Work Orders
Added the ability in the Work Order Type setup screen to link a default procedure, which will automatically populate when that WO type is selected.
When creating a Work Order from a Work Request, the system now prompts you to confirm if the asset location differs, ensuring the correct location is selected.
Replaced the single “Manage” button on the Actions tab in Work Order Definitions with two separate Edit and Create buttons.
Added the Name field from the Quick Request screen to the Role Field configuration options.
- Added an Equipment ID filter to the Work Order Finder for quick lookups by equipment.
- Updated the Work Order Create screen to automatically shift fields left when adjacent fields such as Craft or Safety Related are hidden.
- Changed the RW # filter in the Work Order Finder to a dropdown with lookup for easier selection.
Inventory & Parts Management
Added a checkbox to the Print Labels screen to sort labels by location, along with Stockroom and Location filters to make bulk label printing easier.
- Updated Cycle Count to combine Stockroom and Location into one column, displaying the Stockroom name (instead of its ID).
- Updated Asset Linked Parts to include a keyword filter, allowing you to quickly search for currently linked items.
The Item Master now supports using User-Defined Fields (UDFs) as label fields.
- Cycle Count editing now sorts items by Stockrooms first, then by location, making multi-stockroom counts easier.
- Added Stock Unit of Measure (UOM) to barcode labels for clearer inventory identification.
- Updated the Item Master to display your default Stockroom first in all relevant lists, followed by those allowed by your Data Authorization Rules.
User Experience & Finder Updates
Added a Username column to the User Finder for Employees and Roles, displaying the full username.
Updated the User Finder to replace the “Include Inactive” checkbox with a dropdown, allowing filtering by Active Users, Inactive Users, or All Users.
Introduced a Reset button to the Serial Finder, allowing users to restore default columns and widths.
Added a Sort Options dropdown to the Serialized Items tab on the Serialized Item Master screen, allowing sorting by Serial Number, Location, Status, or Acquisition Date.
- Refined the report edit screen so “is blank” and “is not blank” filters no longer display an unnecessary input field.
System Configuration
Added system setting that displays the GL Account ID before the description in dropdown menus for quicker selection.
- Added new system configurations allowing re-approvals to be triggered by either a percentage change or a flat dollar amount.
Miscellaneous Improvements
- Data Collection now lets you move entire groups of steps up or down within a sequence.
- Multilingual Support expanded with more translated terms and improved consistency for non-English users.
Integrations
- ArcGIS integration enhanced to display non-ESRI assets in the Asset Map View.
- Example: Fleet assets that are tracked in LLumin but not in ESRI, and have their GPS locations updated in LLumin through a telematics integration, will appear directly in the ESRI map view.
- Added QuickBooks integration, enabling synchronization of financial transactions and asset cost data with accounting records.
- Added NetSuite integration, allowing seamless exchange of asset, maintenance, and financial data with the ERP system.
- 3D Ivion integration added, enabling new connectivity and data exchange capabilities.
- Teletrac TN360 integration added, enabling data exchange for vehicle details, meters, and inspection information.
New Standard Reports
- Work Request History report added as a standard report, listing work requests in a selected date range with their statuses and any linked work orders.
