READYAsset
Work Requests
- We have added Organization fields to the Work Request Finder which will filter the Work Request results based on the Asset’s Organization field values or if no Asset is linked to the Work Request Finder, the Requested By or Created By Organization field values will be used instead.
Organizations
- We have added a Labor Rate field to the existing Organization entries. The Labor Rate field is a numeric field and will be used even if there is existing Craft Labor Rate or User specific Labor Rate when calculating Labor cost on a Work Order.

Vendors
- We have added checkboxes to further designate Vendors as Suppliers (set by default), Manufacturers, or Contractors. If a Vendor is designated as a Contractor, an Employee record is also created to allow for Contractors to be assigned to Work Orders and have Labor time entries added on their behalf.
Minor Changes
- We have added a new section in the Associated Personnel dropdown within the Work Order Finder to add an “Inactive Users” group towards the bottom of the list to allow for more succinct choices.
- We have addressed an issue with specific Work Order fields not properly saving values when the application is open within a browser on a mobile device.
- We have addressed an issue when a Procedure is added to a Work Order with an existing Procedure and the existing Procedure was updated separately, the Work Order could not be saved.
- We have addressed an issue where the Work Cell filter field on the Work Order Finder was not properly filtering the search results.
- We have addressed an issue when editing a Labor Time entry when closing a timer, the application was not recalculating the Labor cost on the Work Order.
