READYAsset

Work Order

• In response to customer requests, we have added alphanumeric UDFs 11 through 20 to allow for more data tracking on Work Orders.
• Updated functionality of the Assigned To dropdown when assigning a Work Order through the “New Unassigned Work Order” homepage grid to allow the user to filter the dropdown results by typing the username.

Recurring Work

• We have addressed an issue where, in specific circumstances, Recurring Work triggering emails were not being sent for on-premise environments.

Label Printing

• We have addressed an issue to allow for better printing of Item labels where the Item Description value was between 35 and 45 characters.

Purchase Orders

• We have addressed an issue within the Purchase Order Line edit screen wherein the associated Work Order’s Assets were not properly showing in the dropdown when chosen.

Vendor Finder

• We have addressed an issue within the Vendor Finder where the Vendor Website value was not showing in the results grid.

Minor Changes

• We have updated the legend on the Asset Finder to show a more Asset specific color scheme.
• We have improved the User Finder to hide employees when filtering based on User Role.
• We have addressed an issue where the order of the homepage grids on a User’s record did not match the order of the grids on the actual homepage.
• We have resolved an issue where, in specific circumstances, SSO connections were timing out when using the application.
