Punchout Functionality

We have improved the Punchout functionality to ignore Items marked as “inactive” to ensure only active Items are used.

Purchasing Workflows

A new workflow condition has been added to allow users to differentiate workflows on Purchase Requisitions in addition to Purchase Orders. The new condition is labeled, “Is Requisition” and is a true/false.

Minor Changes

A new “Location” field has been added to the Item Data reporting data source. This field is a comma separated list of all of an Item’s Locations.
A new reporting data source has been created to report on Workflows which includes workflow notifications, notification groups, and notification types (i.e. email, SMS).
