This article explains how to access and navigate the Work Order Master screen in LLumin CMMS+. The Work Order Master provides a complete view of an individual work order’s details, including scope, assignments, progress, and history.
Access the Work Order Master
Go to Work Orders > View Work Orders.
- Use the Work Order Finder to locate the desired work order.
Select the work order, and then click View.
Understanding the Screen Layout
The Work Order Master screen is designed to reduce clicks and make high-value information easier to access. Key layout elements include:
- Top-Left Corner: Displays the Work Order ID for quick reference.
- Upper Section: Includes key information such as Work Order Type, due date, status, and sub status. Work Requested and linked assets are also listed here.
- Details Panel: Shows priority data, always visible without additional clicks.
- Tab Navigation: Three tabs (Scheduling, Work Completion, and Summary) organize all work-related data logically and consistently.
- Bottom Toolbar: Provides quick access to common actions such as starting a time or issuing parts.
Linked Asset
The linked Asset section displays all assets linked to the current work order and all relevant asset information.
- Shows the number of linked assets at the top of the section.
- Lists asset name, location, and utilization details.
- Click +Add Asset to link additional assets to the work order.
Scheduling Tab

| Personnel | Lists personnel assigned to the work order. You can edit schedules or add/remove individuals. |
| Notifications | Add an email notification with a custom message, sent at a specified number of days before the WO is due. |
Work Completion Tab

| Procedures | Shows linked procedures. You can add or remove procedures and enter assessment data when performing the work. |
| Compliance Documentation | Stores required permits or compliance files. |
| Labor Records | View or remove recorded labor. You can also enter labor time in this card. |
| Parts | Displays linked parts. You can reserve parts, issue parts, or add ad hoc parts. |
| Purchases | Shows purchase orders linked to the work order. |
| Equipment | Add or view equipment associated with the work order. |
Summary Tab
The Summary tab includes:

| Summary | Shows key dates, cause of failure, requester, notifications, recurrence, and time metrics for the work order. You can also create a follow-up work order or attach a file. |
| Activity Log | Transaction log of all recorded activity on the work order. |
Toolbar Actions
Use the toolbar at the bottom of the screen to perform the following actions:

| 2 | Complete | Marks the work order as complete. |
| 3 | Start Timer | Starts the labor timer to track active work time on the order. |
| 4 | Time Entry | Manually log labor time against the work order. |
| 5 | Enter Assessment Data | Opens the assessment entry window for recording procedure or inspection results. |
| 6 | Issue Parts | Issues inventory parts to the work order from available stock. |
| 7 | Prints the work order using the configured print layout. | |
| 8 | Send the work order details to specified recipients via email. | |
| 9 | Close Not Complete | Close the work order without marking it as fully completed. This status is useful when work cannot be fully completed but still needs to be closed for tracking purposes. |
