Procedures in LLumin CMMS+ define the steps, checks, and requirements for completing work. This guide shows you how to attach a procedure to a Work Order.
Instructions
To attach a procedure to a Work Order, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Work Orders drop-down menu on the menu bar.
Select View Work Orders.
- In the Work Order Finder, select the Work Order you want to update.
Open the Work Order by clicking its number or selecting View at the top of the screen.
Go to the Work Completion tab.
- Open the Procedures card.
- In this section, you can do the following:
- Attach a new procedure: Click on +Add New Record.
- Enter data on a procedure: Click on Enter Assessment Data.
Delete an attached procedure: Click the Delete button.
- Click Save on the work order to finalize your changes.
