Overview
The Forms tab allows you to attach files that should be available whenever a Work Order of this Type is viewed or executed. Files may include procedures, diagrams, checklists, safety documents, or other job aids.
Attach a file to a Work Order Type
Select the Gear icon in the top navigation bar, and then select Admin Mode.
Select Asset & Work Management > Work Order Types.
In the Work Order Type Finder, select the Work Order Type you want to configure, and then select View.
Select the Forms tab. Any previously attached files appear in a list.
Select Add File.
- Choose a file from your computer and select Open.
- Select Save.
The attached file is now available on all Work Orders created with this Work Order Type.
