Homepage KPI and Grid Filtering

Homepage KPIs and grids in LLumin CMMS+ now support saved filters at the user level.

This update helps users create more targeted homepage views by applying filters directly to KPI tiles and grids. Users can also add the same tile multiple times with different filter combinations to monitor separate divisions, facilities, work types, or operational groups.

These improvements make it easier to build focused operational dashboards without repeatedly opening Finder tools throughout the day.

What’s New

    Configure Homepage Tile Filters

    Filters can now be applied directly to homepage KPI tiles and grids from the Homepage configuration screen.

    Access Homepage Settings

    To manage homepage tiles:

    1. Navigate to the User menu.

    2. Select My Account.

    3. Open the Homepage card.

    When you hover over a tile, a Filter icon now appears with the existing tile controls.

    Apply Filters to a Tile

    To apply filters:

    1. Hover over a homepage tile in the list.

    2. Click the Filter icon.

    3. Select the filter values you want to apply.

    4. Save the tile configuration.

    Available filters may vary depending on the tile type and associated module.

    For example, users can filter work order KPIs by:

    • Division
    • Work order type
    • Status
    • Department
    • Other applicable criteria

    After the tile is saved, the selected filters apply automatically whenever the homepage loads.

    Create Multiple Filtered KPI Views

    The same KPI or grid tile can now be added multiple times with different filter combinations. This allows users to create focused dashboard views for different operational areas.

    Example filtered tiles

    • Down Assets: Division 1
    • Down Assets: Division 2
    • PM Work Orders: Plant A
    • Emergency Work Orders: Utilities

     

    Each tile maintains its own filter settings and updates independently. This gives organizations more flexibility when managing multiple facilities, divisions, or work categories from the homepage.

    Users can now:

    • Create more focused dashboards.
    • Separate KPIs by division or facility.
    • Monitor specific work categories.
    • Reduce repetitive filtering.

    No additional system configuration is required.

    Homepage KPI and grid filtering is automatically available with this release.
