Spotlighted New Features
Homepage KPI and Grid Filters
Homepage KPI tiles and grids now support saved filters, allowing users and teams to create more focused operational dashboards based on work order type, asset criteria, and other filtering conditions.
Filters can be saved at the user or role level for more personalized visibility across the homepage experience.
Project Module Enhancements
The Project Management module has been significantly expanded to improve project planning, execution, approvals, and cost tracking across maintenance initiatives.
- Enhanced Gantt scheduling with dependency management and improved milestone handling.
- Workflow-driven project approvals with Pending Approval routing and execution controls.

New project progress tracking tools, including Project Updates grids and reporting.
Digital Signature with PIN Code Authentication
Secure digital signature controls are now available using PIN-based authentication to support approval workflows, compliance requirements, and audit tracking across LLumin CMMS+.
- PIN-protected digital signatures for critical actions across work orders, procedures, recurring work, and assets.
- Configurable PIN expiration and secure reset workflows.
- Session-based authentication to reduce repeated credential entry during active workflows.
- Expanded audit visibility with logged signature activity and user tracking
This feature is available for Enterprise customers and can be enabled through settings. Because digital signature workflows can impact operational and approval processes, we recommend coordinating with LLumin before enabling this feature.
Improvements
Work Order Management

Added the ability to import work order schedules into the Work Order Calendar using a spreadsheet, allowing schedulers to review and apply bulk scheduling updates more efficiently.

Added an estimated hours badge to the Work Order Calendar’s Work to Schedule panel, showing total estimated hours alongside work order counts for improved workload visibility.

Added a Days Before Due column to the Work Order Finder, making it easier to identify upcoming and overdue work orders directly from the results grid.
- Added a Requested column to the Work Order Finder to show when the originating Work Request was created.
- Updated the existing Req Date column to Created for improved clarity.

Added Asset Type and Asset Class columns to the Work Order Finder, providing clearer visibility into asset classifications directly within the results grid.

Added a Notification Email field to Departments in Organization setup, allowing completed work orders to automatically send email notifications based on the associated department.
Asset Management

Added Asset Class as a homepage filter option, allowing KPI tiles and grids to be refined using both asset type and asset class criteria.

Added a visual criticality badge to Organizational View. When enabled through a new Admin Mode system configuration, badges appear next to assets based on their configured criticality.
- Added a Files column to Asset Work History and related finder grids, providing faster access to associated documents and images through a standardized gallery popup.

Added support for tracking asset energy cost per utilization unit, providing additional insight into asset operating costs.
Recurring Work

Added the ability to assign multiple recurring work records at once from the Recurring Work Finder, improving scheduling efficiency for recurring maintenance tasks.
Inventory Management

Added a Reorder List Grid and KPI to the homepage, allowing users to view items that require replenishment directly from the dashboard with quick access to the full Reorder List.
- Increased the character limit for the Item Location field to 20 characters, allowing for more detailed location descriptions.

Updated the Average Monthly Usage calculation to use the last 12 months of data instead of lifetime usage, providing a more accurate reflection of current inventory demand trends.
- Enhanced inventory transaction tracking to include GL account details at the transaction level for improved audit visibility.
- Added a Date Wanted column to the Reservations Finder for reserved parts, providing clearer visibility into when parts are needed.
Purchasing & Issuing
- Added support for Tax Terms in Purchasing.

Tax Terms can now be configured in Admin Mode, assigned to vendors, and automatically applied to purchase orders when a vendor is selected. Tax Terms can also be overridden at the purchase order level when needed.

Procedures

Updated the Procedure Finder so Procedure IDs are now clickable links, allowing faster navigation to procedure records.
- Increased the allowed decimal precision for checklist step values, enabling support for larger numeric entries with greater flexibility.
- Enhanced procedure change tracking to capture more detailed transaction log information, including which users modified specific procedure steps in the Procedure Revision History.
Reporting

Updated date filter operators to use before and after terminology for improved clarity and consistency across filtering screens.
- Added a Project Updates report, providing visibility into project progress updates and status history for improved tracking and reporting.
Admin / System

Updated the Integrations configuration experience to provide a centralized view of active integrations and connected services.
- Updated the Projects Finder to exclude completed projects by default, helping users focus on active project work.
