Asset and Work Management

Work Order Management:

  • We have moved the Labor Entries from the Work Completion card to the Summary Card.
  • The Activity Log was moved to its own tab under the Summary card to make better use of the available space.

Homepage

Display Rules

  • We have added functionality to allow users to set Warning and an Error Display Rules on each tile to color the value as either orange (Warning) or red (Error). This is managed under the User record -> Homepage card. Clicking the pencil icon on the tile will allow a user to set the Display Rules as shown in the example below.

Minor Improvements

  • The Requested-By email will now include the WO Worksheet report as an attachment.
  • Minor visual changes on the Procedure and Parts grids under Recurring Work entries.
  • Additional diagnostic information will now be included under Configuration Mode surrounding Recurring Work trigger history.
