How to Use KPIs

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within LLumin are represented as Homepage Tiles. They provide a quick overview of various elements, such as the state of your Assets, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and more.

Instructions

A KPI tile offers several options:

  1. Information: Hover over the information icon to see a description of the KPI type.
  2. Go to Finder: Opens the relevant Finder and applies a filter based on the KPI's purpose.
  3. Split into pie chart: Groups the data into a pie chart by a chosen category.
  4. Maximize / Shrink: Expands or restores the size of the KPI tile.
  5. Refresh: Updates the KPI to reflect any changes in data.

KPIs, along with other Homepage Tiles, can be filtered by multiple categories.

  1. Click the Filters button near the top of the screen.Screenshot 2024-06-26 110747.jpg
  2. Select the categories you want to filter by. These include Site, Department, Area, and Stockroom.
  3. Once you've selected your categories, click Apply at the bottom of the window to filter your Homepage Tiles.Screenshot 2024-06-26 110929.png
  4. You can view the active filters at the top of the screen and remove any filter by clicking the X next to its name.Screenshot 2024-06-26 113648.jpg
