Multi-Work Order Labor Time Entry

- Record labor for multiple selected work orders in a single action

- Enter Time action now supports multi-select from Finder and homepage grids

Redesigned Purchase Order Master screen
The redesigned screen delivers a cleaner, more consistent layout with improved line-level visibility and a more intuitive editing experience.
- Line Items section is now the central focus for faster review and entry
- Dedicated line edit window improves clarity when updating quantities, costs, and related fields
- Reorganized panels provide quicker access to General, Vendor, and Summary information

- Enhanced user interface across multiple screens with updated toolbar behavior, improved layout consistency, and visual refinements.

Added ability to generate and print QR codes directly from the Asset Master record, making it faster to label assets and support QR-based workflows.

Users can now create custom global filters from the Filters tab in the Map view, allowing asset and work order data to drive map visualization with user-defined symbology.

Other Improvements
Work Order Management

Added a read-only Work Request Estimate (hours) field to the Work Order Details panel when a value exists.

Added Labor Timer Start column and filters to the User / Role Finder to help track when users start labor timers.
- Added a system configuration to restrict Work Order completion to the assigned Lead, displaying a message if another user attempts to complete the work order.
Asset Management

The Asset QR Scan page now includes Enter TPM, enabling users to start TPM checklists/procedures directly from the scan workflow.

Added a Preferred Vendor Part Number column to the Parts History grid on Assets for improved part reference visibility.
- Increased Asset search dropdown results from 20 to 100 matches, making it easier to find assets during dynamic lookup.
Inventory Management

Added Vendor ID display in Item Master under Vendor Part Numbers for clearer vendor identification.

Added a Date Created column to the Item Finder for improved item tracking.
Issuing & Purchasing

Enhanced Reservation Finder to include Recurring Work Number, Status, and Sub Status columns.

Purchase Orders now display the Asset GL Account in the General Info section when an asset is selected.
- Purchase Orders now prevent saving or finalizing when a line item description is blank, displaying an error message until it is completed.

Added Location/Bin column to the Issue Finder for improved inventory and issue tracking visibility.

Added Purchase Order cancellation comments to the Activity Log for better audit visibility.
Reporting
Added the following new reports:
- Added Purchase Requisitions report to provide visibility and export capabilities for requisition data.
- Added Asset Utilization Value Point-in-Time report to show each asset’s utilization value as of a selected date, including when and how it was last updated.
- Added Inventory Count History report to list approved cycle counts grouped by cycle number.
- Added Assets QR Codes report for mass printing asset QR codes for use with Quick Request and TPM features.
Other
- Improved mobile Operator Dashboard UI with streamlined asset information access, updated action buttons, and clearer operator workflows.

The System Wide Caption screen has been updated with a refreshed layout to improve usability and field management.

Renamed configuration screens: External Interfaces is now API Documentation, and Machine Interface is now Condition Monitoring, including related workflow labels.
