Work Order Status Comment Notifications

Designated personnel can now receive email notifications whenever a comment is added to a Work Order, keeping relevant team members updated even if the status doesn’t change.

Notifications can be assigned to specific users in the system or using fields such as “Assigned To,” “Requested By,” “Workflow Approvers,” and more.

We added a comment icon next to Work Order Status, which will flash when new comments are added.

- When a comment is saved, all designated users receive a notification, and the comment saves with the current work order status for accurate tracking.

QR Code Enhancements
- Scanning a QR code now provides users with direct access to key asset actions based on login status.

Non-logged-in users gain access to submit Quick Requests upon scanning a QR code.

Logged-In users now have a menu with access to Create Work Orders, View Open Work Orders, and Access detailed Asset Info.

Non-Issue Return Feature
- Added Non-Issue Return functionality to allow users to exchange previously issued parts with a newly issued part on a Work Order without adjusting the cost of prior issues.
- Introduced an Exchange button on the Issue Line when creating a new issue record. This button lets users select a prior issue line for exchange.
- When an exchange is performed, the system adds a new line showing the linked order number, a -1 quantity, and a $0 Unit Cost for the returned item, keeping the original issue cost intact on the previous Work Order.

New KPI Tiles
- We added a KPI tile for tracking Closed-not-Completed vs. Completed work orders for the last 7 days.
- Added a new KPI to track Work Orders Due Today, with an optional pie chart grouped by status for a quick visual breakdown.
- Added two KPIs for Work Order completion: Work Orders Completed in the Last 7 days and Year-to-Date WO Completion Rate.
- We added a KPI tile for tracking Closed-not-Completed vs. Completed work orders for the last 7 days.

Work Order Improvements

Repair Comments have been added as a filter in the Work Order Finder, simplifying the process of locating work orders by specific repair notes.

Added an Asset Location filter to the Work Order Finder, allowing users to sort work orders by asset location.

We’ve added a system configuration to display a tooltip over the Work Order Approve button, indicating if a user who completed the work cannot approve it.

Other Improvements

Cycle Counts for serialized items now include a toggle between 0 and 1 counts, verifying item presence. Blind counts display only counted items; non-blind counts show uncounted serials after saving.
- Added Label Field 1 and Label Field 2 to Item Class Setup, so new items inherit values by default.
- A Requisition Quantity column was added to the Reorder List, displaying quantities on open purchase requisitions.

GL Accounts and Vendors can now be filtered by the selected PO Stockroom, displaying only those available in that stockroom, and refreshed when the stockroom changes to maintain accurate selection.
- The Quick Search on the homepage now includes serial number search, making it easier to locate items by entering a serial number.
- Added the Picking Priority (Rank) field to the Item Master screen for stockroom locations, allowing users to view and adjust priority ranking in the item’s stockroom cards.

Work Quality Checklists now support file uploads and picture captures, making it easier to document and verify quality assurance steps.
- Added a system configuration to enforce unique serial numbers for assets, preventing duplicates while leaving existing duplicates unaffected.
- The Inventory Transfer screen now includes standard locations in the To Location dropdown when transferring inventory. This feature can be configured under TO Stockroom in Configuration mode.

The Utilization History chart now features a dynamic y-axis that adjusts based on data range, providing better visual clarity for high-value data points.
- Added an Available In section to the Work Definition screen to give users the ability to link Work Order Definition and assets together.
- Added standardized rejection templates for users rejecting, deleting, or Close-Not-Completing a Purchase Orders and Work Orders. This feature is enabled by a system configuration.
- Added an Adjusted Value column to the Cycle Count Approval page to show a field the total value of all adjustments in the grid.
- Updated the Role details page by hiding fields Entity, Plant, Email, Phone, Default Label Printer, Craft, Default Stockroom, Job Title, Data Authorization, Linked Work, and Activity Log.
